1. There are no guards on the mask making machines and some employees have been cut while using the machines. The machines have scissors that cut loops for the face masks. 2. The filtration fabric machine has no guards. The machine is used periodically and has pressurized rollers. 3. Face masks are manufactured from polypropylene pellets that are heated. Dust comes off from the process and there is a lot of dust on the ceiling and building surfaces such as beams. The ventilation system is not adequate to control the dust in the facility. 4. Employees are not wearing ear, eye or respiratory protection. 5. There are electrical cords and airlines hanging from the ceiling without any support and could fall and strike employees. 6. The shrink wrap machine has a blade to cut the wrapping material. There is a guard on the machine, but it is left up all the time. 7.
