1. Due to an air compressor failure the locks on at least 3 vehicle hoists have the safety locks zip tied to bypass the them to be operated. 2. Some hoists have been red tagged for safety violations, the tags where cut off of these hoists and are now being operated daily. 3. One hoist is known to have the locks bypassed for an extended period of time due to failures to operate properly. 4. Company has not followed the COVID-19 regulations. It is known that staff have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, and no decontamination or quarantine processes have been followed.
