1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guideline to deep clean and disinfect the workplace after an employee tests positive for COVID-19. Two employees tested positive for COVID-19 and the restaurant did not shut down to clean and sanitize the workplace exposing employees to COVID-19 hazards. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guideline for employees to quarantine for 10 days after testing positive for COVID-19. The employer did not require an employee who tested positive for COVID-19 to self-quarantine for 10 days exposing employees to COVID-19 hazards.
