3205(c)(10)(B) - A Court Interpreter was assigned to Dept. 32 from 11/30/20 - 12/4/20. On Monday, 12/7/20, she discovered the court rm. was closed because the Court Reporter had tested positive and all ees were sent home. However, this Court Interpreter was not sent home to quarantine after calling her administrator. She continued working 12/7/20 - 12/10/20, mingling in the lounge with the other Court Interpreters. On 12/8/20 she got tested of her own accord and on 12/11/20 got a positive result. She gave the administrator a list of 16 Court Interpreters she'd been sharing the lounge with. Of the 16, 14 self-quarantined. The other two were afraid of being fired. One of them was S.C. who had symptoms on 12/21/20 and died on 1/12/21.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-13
