The employer is not following guidelines set forth in Executive Order 20-74 establishing requirements for COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for all businesses in MN, specifically: 1. The employer does not have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in place for the establishment. 2. The establishment's COVID-19 Preparedness Plan does not contain and employees have not been made aware of procedures for communicating how affected employees will be expected to isolate or quarantine. 3.
