3025 West Birch Run Road, Burt, 48417 Michigan, United States

1. Since the start of covid the home manager has told multiple staff multiple times to work while waiting for results. 2. There are masks but they are locked in his office where no one has access. 3. Employer told staff in a message gowns were ordered, staff working claims gowns still have yet to arrive or be used and it is April 19th. 4. Also no PPE training has been done or updated since staff received it thru CMH at the start of their job. 5. Gloves availability was low. 6. Staff did have homemade masks but only used them when someone of importance came in. Otherwise they were used wrong. 7. Shields was found in a dark garage in a box that appeared to not be moved or used. 8. April 9th manager went to work knowing he was covid positive.
