1. There has been a positive COVID-19 case and the company has not identified who it was. 2. The production side of the plant is checked daily for symptoms and fevers, but the office employees are not. 3. Social distancing is not possible in areas such as the boning line and in the slaughter house. 4. There have been employees that have appeared symptomatic in the production area who have left unexpectedly, and employees in the area are not told why the people have left. This results in people in the area questioning weather they should get tested without knowing for certain.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 209
