1. Employees are concerned about COVID-19 because the employer has removed the plexiglass barriers in the EDR. The employer is also starting to remove them from the front of the house. 2. The employer is not asking customers if they are vaccinated or not when they come in without a mask, even though they require employees to provide their vaccination cards. 3. Employees are concerned about COVID-19 because customers are smoking and vaping. 4. There is no social distancing on the casino floor.
