1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guideline for employees who have had close contact (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or longer) with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19. Employees have not been informed of their potential exposure to COVID-19. One person visited all 13 locations on Wednesday, March 24th and tested positive for COVID-19 on March 28th, potentially exposing employees at all 13 locations to COVID-19 health hazards.
