1. Not informing employees of COVID-19. 2. No Temperature checks or COVID screening required. 3. Near a dozen positive COVID-19 cases and requiring employee to work even if they are showing symptoms. 4. Kitchen staff does not wear masks and servers repeatedly lower or take off masks once in the kitchen area. 5. Employees are charged for masks that aren't even N95 masks. Masks are to match the uniform. Not allowed to wear own mask. 6. No sink in immediate kitchen area for staff to wash hands.
