1. Employer has not developed and implemented policies, procedures and/or instructions to prevent Coronavirus (COVID-19) exposure. 2. Employee has tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the employer is not following the current CDC Guidelines for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). It is alleged the employees who tested positive did not follow the protocols for quarantine and the employer allowed the employees to continue to working despite testing positive. 3. Proper disinfecting and cleaning is not being performed in accordance with CDC Guidelines. These areas include, but are limited to, high touch areas, offices, restrooms, and common areas.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 17
