3203: On October 10, 2020 the employer failed to require or complete temperature checks for employees attending a training at Ray Simon Regional Criminal Justice Training Center. 3203: On mandatory training days in October (October 7th, 8th, 10, 18 and 19th) social distancing practices were not adhered to during hands on defensive tactics training and dialed to adhere to any social distancing practices throughout the day. 3203: On mandatory training days in October (dates listed above) masks were not used by anyone including instructors, even though the memo for the training "highly" encouraged it. 3203: On mandatory training days in October (dates listed above) the mats used during the training were not being sanitized.
