There are concerns over breech of COVID regulations as per New York State guidelines. A principle had broke COVID quarantine rules & regulations and participated in a unmasked activity. The principle was exposed to COVID-19 and was mandated to work from home and quarantine. However the principle intends to return to work going against the mandated regulations. The situation has been brought up with the executive management. However, the organization is not taking the situation seriously.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
