1. A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Employees are in close contact with other employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 and are not informed by management. Employees not allowed to leave and get tested for COVID-19.
