1. The employer allows people to work without wearing face covering the distribution complex. 2. When employee test positive for COVID-19 they do not send exposed people home for a period of self-isolation. The employer will not inform us of who tested positive. Two more people just tested positive for covid and they will not tell us who so we can know if we have been around them or not. 3. The employees of the company are not practicing social distancing. 4. The employer is not keeping track of who uses what equipment. People should be logging what equipment they use so we know which equipment needs to be sanitized more frequently. 5. Each department has its own break rooms and they still allow employees to go to break rooms that are outside of their department. Which makes it harder to backtrack where the employee has been if they test positive for covid. 6. The company does not keep track of who has had their temperature taken before coming to work. Even the people who take temperatures do not wear face coverings. Some employees don't even get their temperature taken before coming to work.
