1. The restrooms and break areas in the warehouse are not maintained in a sanitary condition, there is a buildup of mildew and oil on the surfaces. 2. The break area in the warehouse where employees eat is connected to the restrooms without any walls. 3. Truck drivers are required to share trucks but are not provided cleaning supplies to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 4. Employees are exposed to temperatures as high as 125 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer and are not allowed to enter air conditioned spaces to cool down. No Jurisdiction: 5.
