1. A pharmacist did not wear a mask during most of pandemic, though she did wear it on her forehead. The Techs are not wearing them. 2. Pharmacy employees have sneezed or had their drippy noses go into bottles while not masking last year. 3. A pharmacist administered covid shots without wearing PPE. 4. Have heard complaints of missing C2s. 5. They regularly cut their fingernails into meds and eat while filling (found chip crumbs in pills). 6. One of the vaccinated pharmacists is encouraging people not to get vaccinated because the vaccine is unsafe. 7.
