10100 SMC Boulevard, Noblesville, 46060 Indiana, United States

Employer not enforcing social distancing|Other They have left the cafeteria, game room, break room and child care area open. The employees are not washing their hands when they come out of the restroom. They are not taking precautions of taking temperatures of employees who come in and out of the facility. The employees are packing orders and are touching items that other employees touch. In the factory they have morning meetings with employees standing next to each other. Over 500 employees. They are making employees work while sick. Safety: The steel where they put pallets does not have safety bolts in it.
