An employee came to work with symptoms on 4/29. They mentioned they had been sick the prior week (but was out of office approx. 4/21-4/28). The employee announced towards the end of the day on 4/29 that their spouse tested positive. The employer allowed the employee to return to work and remain at work after they announced they tested positive without quarantining for the full amount of time and after announcing the positive test. There was another case of COVID-19 and the department where that employee works was not shut down for any amount of time for thorough cleaning.
