Located at SI Dance, LLC, where employees and the owner have tested positive for COVID-19, the employer is not in compliance with VOSH and CDC guidelines in that: 1. The owner's child had tested positive and the owner refused to quarantine even though she is unvaccinated. The owner ended up coming to work sick, exposing all employees and the young students (under 12 years of age) to COVID-19. 2. After employees contracted COVID-19 from work, the employer did not allow the sick and symptomatic employee quarantine and required the employee to continue working, further exposing other employees and the young students.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 2
