T8 CCR 5199(d)(2) (L), (K), (G) and (e)(5) A patient of Sharp Memorial since April 7 who refused to take COVID-19 test was admitted to the SBU Unit without undergoing COVID-19 screening process. The patient who is potentially a suspect or confirmed COVID-19 case was mixed with COVID-19 negative patients and staff in the SBU Unit. Previous COVID-19 unit in North Rotunda is currently closed for remodeling. Currently, there are no available and dedicated COVID-19 Unit in the event of receiving a suspect or confirmed COVID-19 case. East wing 1, South Rotunda, ICU, SBU and Cap 3 are housing COVID-19 negative patients.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
