1.) Employees are exposed to hazards associated with COVID-19. It is alleged that employees that are confirmed positive for COVID-19 are returning to work, while still sick, and exposing other employees to the disease. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2.) Employer does not have a written COVID-19 Prevention Program. It is reported that employees are not required to complete a COVID screening prior to entering the establishment for their respective shift.
