Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented workplace precautions such as but not limited to enforcement of PPE and proper use of face masks. It was further reported that identification and isolation of exposed or suspected to be of COVID-19 patients in not enforced in the workplace in accordance with CDC guidelines.
