1. Staff was offered a small or large N95 which was after the patient tested positive, no fit tested provided or training. 2. Staff was told that a hospital surgical (blue) mask and eye wear (goggles or face shield) was adequate when working with a COVID-19 positive patient. 3. Employer is not informing the staff of positive COVID Patients. 4. Consistently running out of wipes and have not been told which wipes are the best to use for COVID. 5. Housekeeping is provided through Select Specialty Hospital but they do not properly clean the rooms on 1 East and now they will no longer clean on 4 East due to the COVID patient. 6. There are no isolation rooms for disease or infection on 4 East or 1 East. 7. The company is not following its own rules of testing patients before coming into the facility. 8.
