1) Employees are not provided with enough hand sanitizers and masks. Employees are allow to walk around the office without mask. Employer does not have a screening COVID-19 protocol such as temperature checks. 2) Employer is not maintaining the workplace in a sanitary condition. The paint is cracking off the walls and employees are exposed to mold coming from the vents.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 95
