Alleged Hazard: Employees are concerned that their employer is not conducting proper fit tests for respirator use in light of potential to COVID-19 exposure on the job. The fit testing comprised of putting an N95 on, the hood, and three puffs of solution were given through the hood. Then employees instructed to move their head around for a second or two and if nothing detected then that was considered a pass.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
