T8CCR 3205(c)- Positive COVID-19 employees and still no proper sanitation or regular temperature checks. T8CCR 3380(f), 3205(c)- Employees are not provided proper PPE. T8CCR 3205(c)- Employees are temperature checked only after being clocked in for hours and sometimes not at all. T8CCR 3366(c)- There is no spa in the bathrooms. Employees must bring their own soap to wash hands on a daily basis. T8CCR 3205(c)- There is no proper social distancing requirements.
