1. The employer did not ensure to exclude employees who were exposed to a COVID-19 case from the workplace until the requirements of subsection (c)(lO) are met. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(9)(B). 2. The employer did not ensure to exclude employees who are positive for COVID-19 until the return to work requirements of subsection (c)(10) are met. RefT8CCR 3205(c)(9)(A). 3. The employer did not ensure implement an effective procedure for responding to employees who show signs of COVID- 19 symptoms in the workplace. RefT8CCR 3205(c)(2)(B). 4. The employer did not ensure that all employees are wearing facial coverings as required by the California Department of Public Health specifically during the pre-loading shift. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(6)(B). 5. The employer did not ensure that employees working all shifts who were exposed to a known COVID-19 case during the high-risk exposure period were given notification of the exposure within one business day. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)3.
