1. Employee exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms went home and later tested positive. Employee was ordered to return to work (after-hours) counting registers, exposing employees to COVID. This employee has not had an official test. 2. Multiple employees and managers have tested positive for COVID-19. The employer does not have a protocol for ensuring that all working surfaces are sanitized. Areas are left contaminated with the virus. 3. The employer has not communicated the development of COVID-19 within the workplace by notifying employees of the circumstance, monitoring employees for symptoms, and encouraging testing.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 10
