(1) The employer has shut off all water fountains throughout the building except for the water fountains the office area. The employees do not have access to the office area because they are not allowed in this area. The employees cannot refill their water bottles to stay hydrated. (2) The employer has shut off the air conditioner throughout the building except for the office area. Employees are required to wear a mask which makes it difficult for employees to breath. The temperature has exceeded 90 degrees throughout the building and two employees suffered from heat stress two weeks ago. (3) The employees are tasked to spray and wipe Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant for sanitizing work surfaces and equipment. The employer has not provided personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to gloves and safety goggles.
