Employees are not wearing face masks in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines while riding together in truck cabs potentially exposing each other to SARS-CoV-2. 2. Employees are improperly trained on the forklifts located on the back of trucks. Employees are told not to use the outriggers while lifting to save time. Employees are told if the load can be lifted without lifting the back of the forklift to lift the load without the outrigger.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 4
