1. There is a failure to follow MDHHS and CDC guidelines regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic rules, the outlying maintenance and specialty garages specifically in building 8 of the Waterford complex that houses the Sign Shop, Electrical, Testing Labs and Building Maintenance shops are the ones that do not follow rules. 2. Staff just freely goes into each others offices, ride in the same vehicles, walk in the hallways, in the locker rooms and in the restrooms without a mask or socially distancing. 3.
