T8CCR 3203(a)(4) Multiple nurses expressed concerns and need for patient to be screened for Covid-19. Infection Control doctor stated on 3/29/20, it is impossible for someone to have Covid-19 without a fever and to not waste PPE, and never ordered swab in spite of nationwide knowledge that persons can be without fever and have Covid-19. Management agreed with doctor and refused to allow nurses to wear mask/respirator while taking care of patients, further allowing for possible spread of Covid-19 to staff.
