1. No safety program or training for employees. 2. Emergency exits are blocked by pallets. 3. Aisles are blocked by pallets and product. 4. Boxes stacked on high shelves are unstable and have collapsed and fallen off the shelves. The shelves have no ratings. 5. No OSHA Poster posted. 6. No forklift program; employees without licenses are permitted to drive the forklifts. 7. Employees are exposed to possible COVID-19 due to the lack of COVID-19 policies and procedures.
