T8CCR 3203(a); 3380(f)- Nurses are forced to work during COVID-19 pandemic without PPE. All staff are afraid of the infection control nurse named PII. Employees recently discovered that their best janitor passed away and tested positive for COVID because of not receiving PPE that he needed. There is always low staffing and the management does not care. There is always a cover up.
