1.) Employees are exposed cold stress do to the extreme cold temperatures inside the warehouse that is without an operating heating device. Workers do not have a warm breakroom when exposed to extreme cold temperatures for long periods of time. 2.) Fire (emergency) exits and paths to the exits are blocked by pallets, furniture products and Boxes on a daily basis throughout the warehouse. No Policy is in place to ensure fire exists are not blocked. 3.) The fire sprinkler system inside the warehouse has not had a recent inspection and is not in operating condition in order to provide sufficient fire protection. 4.) Employees are exposed to tripping hazards due to the location in which pallets are discarded outside of the warehouse. 5.) Employees are exposed to COVID-19 while working inside the warehouse without a facemask due to the lack of following Guidelines provided by the CDC and State of NJ. 6.) Employees are not provided clean potable water supply in order to maintain a safe and healthy hygiene inside the warehouse.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 4
