There has been a huge COVID-19 outbreak at work. Within the last week there has been 20 or more positive employees at work. The employer will wait for a couple of days go by and if an employee who has a positive test is non-symptomatic the employer has the employees come back to work. The outbreak started roughly two weeks ago where one employee brought it into the work environment and by Monday 6/7/21, roughly 20 employees have been confirmed positive cases. The employer is separating employees who are positive into specific areas in the work environment while non-positive employees work in a different are of the work environment attempting to keep employees separated.
