1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees and drivers at the Roll Off offices and area are not wearing masks. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to quarantining employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. Five employees have tested positive for covid and were told to come to work by the supervisor. HAZARD LOCATION: Office and roll off area at 3060 North Commerce Street address.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
