1. Employees are exposed to respiratory health hazards due to spray painting particles without adequate industrial exhaust systems for this activity . Possible violation of OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.134(a)(1). 2. Employees are exposed to physical contact to spray painting particles due of lack of appropriate personal protective equipment. Possible violation of OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.132(a). 3. Employees exposed to health hazard due of walking on dirty floors with oil and grease. Possible violation of OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i). 4. Employees are exposed to respiratory health hazards due to power saw fumes from dense metal cut without adequate eye or face protection when exposed. Possible violation of OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1). 5. Employees are not protected with physical barriers or sufficient clearance to maintain adequate social distancing from each other and from customers, creating the potential for employee illness related to exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2), which is the virus causing corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19). A potential violation of the OSHA Act of 1970, Section 5(a)(1). 6. Employees are exposed to scratches from sharp ends of metal cords due to unappropriated gloves. Possible violation of OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.132(h)(4)(iii). 7. Employees are exposed struck by hazard due of forklifts operator without training and certification. Possible violation of OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(ii). 8. Employees are exposed to fire hazard due of obsolete fire extinguishers. Possible violation of OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4).
