1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees are not wearing their face masks when walking around the office. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to quarantining employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed by members of their household. An employee stated that multiple members of their household tested positive for COVID-19 however the employee is returning to work to use the fax machine and has been allowed to do so because she isn't symptomatic. Hazard Location: Throughout the call center.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
