1- A participant of the center was in contact with his grandmother who was positive for Covid-19, being in contact with all the participants and employees of the site. The employer has not taken security measures to protect other employees who continue to work on site and who were in contact with that person. In breach of the Covid-19 Protocol.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 2
