COVID19 d-letter: 1. Since COVID-19, employees have not been addressed with any related topics such as safety issues and safe environment. 2. Since COVID-19 the store has not once been disinfected. 3. Store carts are not sanitized for worker safety. 4. Safety wear such as masks are sold to the employees for $1.00. 5. Disinfectants were offered to the employees at a sale price. 6. The use of gloves has been highly restricted to employees. Some employees bought their own gloves. 7. Employees have to eat lunch at the register with contaminated gloves. Regular d-letter: 1. Employees have received verbal abuse in front of customers and from customers. 2. Concerns regarding assaults when parking. 3. In recent marches, aggressive people have come in and there is no security. 4. Employees have received threats from customers. 5. The customer service glass is loose from being punched and there is a concern it will fall. 6.
