Employees are not following the mask mandate put in place by the COVID Emergency Temporary Standard, and it is not being enforced by management at this location. Masks are often not being worn in necessary situations, and cloth face coverings are still in use by several employees where the clinic does not have disposable masks readily available. This is all observed at the time of writing.
