Employees are exposed to a COVID-19 infection hazard in that the employer is not adhering to the 29 CFR 1910.502(L)(3) for preventing COVID-19 transmission, specifically: On or about August 5, 2021, employer did not notify each employee who was not wearing a respirator and any other required PPE and has been in close contact with that person in the workplace. The notification must state the fact that the employee was in close contact with someone with COVID-19 along with the date(s) that contact occurred.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 15
