The company is violating the mask mandates that the state of Indiana set forth as well as suggestions for employers during COVID-19. The company had a meeting and took a vote on whether people wanted to wear masks and the majority of people voted that they didn't. The company then had all employees who didn't want to wear a mask sign a paper stating that if they were to get sick that the company would not be responsible. The company is pressuring people to go to work when they are sick.
