1) Several employees (14) were exposed to individual(s) that were determined to be infected with COVID-19, and the employer continued to permit the exposed employees to work in the workplace. 2) The employer allows employees with symptoms of COVID-19 to continue to work in the workplace. 3) The employer is not implementing adequate procedures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, such as implementing an effective cleaning/disinfecting program, screening for signs/symptoms of COVID-19, and implementing isolation/quarantine procedures for employees suspected of having COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 160
