The employer has not followed any of the State of WA guidelines regarding COVID-19. Employees and clients are not required to wear masks or social distance. There is potentially a COVID-19 outbreak happening there now. The office is staffed with 5 - 6 people: 3 of those people are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, 1 has self-quarantined and has been tested and is waiting for results, 1 is working from home today, and 1 reported to work this morning and was coughing.
