1. The employer willingly knew that they had employees in the building that are COVID positive and allowed them to work. And after 4 or more of a group/ team tested positive, they were told to keep the information quiet and not to tell other employees that they had been in direct contact. 2. Hand sanitizer is not readily on hand because the dispenser is always empty. 3. Wipes used for cleaning are not adequate for sanitizing. 4.
