1. The employer stated that COVID-19 is fake and is refusing to allow employees to wear face masks per the Governor's Directives related to COVID-19. The employer advocates to students not to wear face masks and has also put up signs on bathroom doors not to wear face masks. 2. The employer is not following social distancing guidelines per the Governor's Directives related to COVID-19. The poles used in classes are not spaced far enough apart to allow students not to bump into one another when utilizing them. The employer has also hugged students. Social distancing is not enforced in the facility, potentially exposing employees and management to COVID-19. 3. The employer does not clean and sanitize the establishment and equipment frequently to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The employer informed employees that cleaning will be done twice a week and poles are cleaned with a solution comprising of 1/2 alcohol and 1/2 water. Classes are held back to back and studios are not cleaned and sanitized between classes. 4. The employer opened the studio prior to the Governor's Phase 2 business opening for an entertainment event, which included an audience of approximately 30 people in attendance in Studio 2.
