1. The employer does not require employees who are not fully vaccinated to wear a facemask nor does the employer require the use of face masks while Butler County is an area of high COVID-19 transmission. The lack of the use of face masks by employees exposes their co-workers to SARS-CoV-2 while cleaning the building, cleaning dishes, cleaning toys, and making mop buckets between 4:30PM and 7:00PM because co-workers are within six feet of each other during these tasks. 2. The employer does not require employees who are not fully vaccinated to wear a facemask nor does the employer require the use of face masks while Butler County is an area of high COVID-19 transmission. The lack of the use of face masks by employees exposes their co-workers to SARS-CoV-2 while taking breaks because they are within six feet of each other in the break room. 3.
